Welcome to the AdoptUSKids Family Intake Tracking Tool. This tool provides child welfare professional easy access to the names of families who have contacted AdoptUSKids and indicated an interest in fostering or adopting from foster care. Professionals can also use the tool to log and track families who contact them directly.
